Return & Refund Policy

We want you to receive your order in good condition. Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item received is defective upon arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items with opened, damaged, or missing packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, dropping, water damage, improper charging, or unauthorized repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor colour differences due to screen display or lighting
  • Products damaged after successful delivery

3. Defective Item Claims

If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 3 days with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos & videos of the issue
  • Photo of the parcel packaging
  • Description of the problem

We will review the claim before approving any replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival or wrongly delivered.

5. Refund Approval

Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or not in original condition, the refund request may be rejected.

6. Warranty / After-Sales

Warranty does not cover damage caused by human error, misuse, accidents, water exposure, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

For any return request, please contact us before sending the item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
