Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Normal processing time is:
1–3 business days after payment confirmation
During peak periods, campaigns, public holidays, or high order volume, processing may take longer.
Pre-Order Items
Some products may be sold on a pre-order basis. If an item is listed as pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you agree that:
- The item is not ready for immediate shipment
- The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page
- Shipping timelines may change due to supplier, production, customs, or courier delays
- Orders will be shipped once the pre-order stock arrives and is ready for dispatch
- Any in-stock items purchased together with pre-order items may be shipped together, unless otherwise arranged
Pre-order timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to update customers if there are major delays.

Pre-Orders
We may offer selected products for pre-order. Pre-order products are items that are not immediately available for shipment at the time of purchase.
The estimated pre-order waiting time will be shown on the relevant product page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing an item with a future estimated shipping date
- The estimated arrival or shipping date is not guaranteed
- Delays may happen due to supplier, manufacturing, logistics, customs, or courier issues
- We are not liable for losses, inconvenience, or delays caused by factors outside our control
- Your order will be processed and shipped once the item becomes available
If you do not agree to wait for the pre-order timeline shown on the product page, please do not place a pre-order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect address details
- Missing unit number
- Wrong phone number
- Failed delivery attempts
- Parcels returned due to customer error
- Delays caused by incomplete delivery information
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect customer information or failed delivery, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs clearance, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise during a promotion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be sent by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the available courier service.
Please allow time for the courier tracking system to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us so we can help check with the courier.
However, we are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider.
For parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or missing parcels after successful delivery confirmation.
Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.
If the parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with:
- Order number
- Clear photo/video of the parcel
- Clear photo/video of the product issue
- Courier label photo
Claims made after 3 days may not be accepted.
Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable, rejects the parcel, or fails to collect the parcel within the courier’s required timeframe, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable
- Redelivery fee may be charged
- Refund may be rejected if the item is returned damaged, opened, or incomplete
